Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local health, fire, and vehicle codes. While Luxe Custom Builds provides guidance and builds to high-quality standards, regulations vary by state and city. Specs, equipment, and materials may be adjusted based on availability or local requirements. Luxe Custom Builds is not responsible for permitting or post-sale modifications unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final Sale & Grace Period Policy Due to the custom nature of our food trailers, all sales are considered final once production begins. However, we offer a 48-hour grace period from the time of purchase to request changes or cancellations. After the 48-hour window, your build enters our production schedule, and no refunds or cancellations can be made. This policy helps us maintain efficiency, avoid material waste, and uphold our commitment to timely delivery. If you have any concerns or need to make adjustments, please contact us immediately within the grace period
